When your home is nearing completion, you’ll have a Customer Orientation. We’ll walk you through your new home and show you how everything works. This is also an opportunity for you to ask whatever questions you may have about your home and its various components. After the Orientation, you can put the gas, water, and electric services into your name.

The next step is Closing Day! You’ll make your payment and get the keys to your brand-new home. Our closings are held at Midtown Title in Nashville.

Your new home comes with a 10-year warranty and a termite treatment with its one-year warranty.

When you build with Capitol Homes, you can own a new home for the same monthly payments you make in rent. We can build your house in one of our Nashville-area new home communities or on your lot.
